David Goles

David is a partner in the Libertyville office of Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP. He is an experienced litigator who has successfully handled a wide variety of legal matters including: local, state and federal regulations, land use and zoning, municipal law, wind farm litigation, commercial litigation, corporate dissolution, breach of contract, construction defects, manufacturing litigation, mechanic's liens, landlord/tenant, UCC, replevin, bankruptcy, collections, foreclosures, creditor's rights and personal injury disputes. He is a member of the firm's creditors' rights/bankruptcy, commercial litigation and construction law practice groups, and participates as an arbitrator in the 19th Judicial Circuit Mandatory Arbitration program. David has taught college business law and legal research courses, and lectured on landlord/tenant law issues. He is admitted to practice before Illinois and Wisconsin state courts and is also admitted before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
