My mission is to assist non-profit organizations in achieving their objectives by implementing innovative management practices and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement. With extensive experience in Board Governance, Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, Fundraising, Human Resources, Strategic Planning, and Organizational Structure, I have honed my skills over several decades to develop the individuals and systems that drive non-profit success. Currently, I am leveraging this expertise as the Executive Director and General Counsel at Congregation Emanu-El in San Francisco. Additionally, I serve on the Board of Directors for Compass Family Services and the Executive Committee for the Wallenberg Democratic Club. My strong background in employment law compliance, diversity and inclusion training, leadership development, fundraising, and capital campaigns enables me to provide unwavering support to non-profits in achieving their goals and effectively serving their communities.
