David Gilder

David Van Gilder represents persons who have been injured at work or through the negligence of others, especially in difficult cases. Since 1990 he has litigated personal injury and worker’s compensation cases in state and federal courts. He helps individuals obtain long-term-disability benefits that were initially denied by employer insurance carriers, and he serves as guardian for many incapacitated veterans as part of his guardianship practice. I am also engaged in my lifelong passion advocating for clean water, clean air, and healthy land use. My work at Hoosier Environmental Council also includes legal analysis and my history of litigation experience. This is the perfect combination at this stage of my career.
