David Gardner

As an attorney with an active suburban practice, I take pride in representing my clients in their legal matters and helping them resolve their legal disputes. I have represented hundreds of clients in divorce and family matters, in criminal cases, in personal injury matters, and in general litigation. I have also drafted hundreds of wills, and handled numerous estates. I also represent over 30 homeowner and condominium associations, and regularly assist them in drafting rules, amending their bylaws, enforcing their covenants and in collecting unpaid assessments. I employ a full time paralegal, Serena Wood, who has been with my firm for over 15 years, and handles the collection practice for my firm, and is very skilled at obtaining and collecting judgments. She also assists me in my real estate settlement practice. My firm employs an Associate attorney, Michele Cabrera, who has been with my firm as an Associate for over four years, and assists me in my divorce and litigation practice. She is very skilled in handling discovery matters, in working with expert witnesses, in preparing cases for trial, and appearing in the courts of Maryland and the District of Columbia. I also employ a full time secretary, who assists Michele and I in preparing pleadings, drafting discovery requests, and all of the administrative work involved in an active litigation practice. My goal is to continue offering high quality legal services to my clients, while continuing the growth of my firm.
