About David Fletcher
I started my legal career working for the Jacksonville Public Defender's office in 1972. In 1978, I joined my brother, Lyman Fletcher in the general practice firm of Fletcher and Fletcher where I specialised in Criminal Defense. This is also when I first starting taking immigration related cases. I hung out my own shingle in 1985 and have focused primarily on immigration law since 1997. We have now developed into a boutique immigration law firm serving North Florida and South Georgia. Specialties: Investment Visas, Intercompany Transfers, Temporary Employment Visas, Green Card Sponsorship, Medical Professionals, Athletes and Artists, I-9 and Corporate Compliance, Asylum and Deportation, Appeals to the AAO, BIA and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, Naturalization and Mandamus cases.
