About David Felsenthal
As both a seasoned trial lawyer and former full-time General Counsel of a start-up, David brings a rare combination of courtroom experience and business acumen to every case. His decades-long winning record spans a wide range of cases and clients; including corporations large and small, real estate firms, Hollywood talent and business managers, entrepreneurs, attorneys, and family businesses. He started his career as a corporate litigation associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius and senior in-house counsel at Big Four accounting firm EY. David received his B.S. from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, graduating on the Dean's List, and earned his J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where he served as Associate Editor of the UCLA Law Review. Admitted to the California Bar, 1989. Specialties include: Trials, arbitrations, and appeals.
