My practice focuses upon estate planning, probate estate and trust administration, and probate litigation. I work with families and businesses to plan for the future and protect their wealth. When conflict arises, our firm has extensive courtroom experience available to stand by the client. Based upon my experience, Probate Courts throughout the region have appointed me to serve as an independent fiduciary to assist the Court with resolving high conflict estates and trusts.In addition to my estate and probate work, I have had extensive experience in the field of legal ethics. In the past, I have served on the Ohio Board of Professional Conduct, elected as the Chairman of the Board in 2017 and 2018. I have represented attorneys, law firms, and judicial officials in a wide variety of legal ethics matters, and I have testified in numerous cases as an expert witness in the field of legal ethics, standard of care, and the legal fee issues.With these multi-faceted roles, I have also been appointed to serve as a mediator in a variety of legal matters to assist parties with resolution of difficult matters.
