About David Burkhead
Since 1995, I have represented individuals and corporate clients, both as plaintiffs and defendants, in a wide range of legal disputes, including nursing home negligence and abuse, personal injury, commercial, construction, real estate, employment, contract, products liability, criminal, domestic, trademark infringement and health care. In doing so, I have consistently worked to reach the best possible resolution for my client either by obtaining dismissals, negotiating settlements, or trying cases to a judge or to a jury. Over 15 years of my practice has focused primarily on nursing home cases, first for the defendants and now for the plaintiffs. After twenty years of practicing in law firms, I decided in 2014 to start a new venture by opening my own law office.
