Since 1981, I have represented businesses in unfair competition, banking (secured and unsecured debt), commercial, business, real estate and construction litigation, including mediation, court and jury trials and arbitrations. I have also served as an arbitrator for the courts, AAA, FINRA, and privately. I have also served as a mediator and settlement judge pro tem for the Fresno and Merced County Courts. Specialties: My practice emphasizes representing businesses in all phases of litigation (trial and arbitration) and alternative dispute resolution (representing clients in mediations and arbitrations as well as serving as a mediator and arbitrator), in courts throughout the state of California.
