Darren O'Toole is a Member of the Monmouth Bar Association, Monmouth County Family Law Committee Trustee, Ocean County Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association Family Law Division, the Jersey Shore Collaborative Law Group, and the District of Columbia Bar, and the International Academy of Collaborative Law Professionals. Darren O'Toole has received recognition if New Jersey Monthly as a Top Matrimonial Attorney in New Jersey. He has also been Selected as a SuperLawyer for several years. Prior to entering private practice, Darren completed clerkship in the Family Part of the Superior Court, Monmouth County, NJ. Darren earned Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Rutgers Law School and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Bethany College studying economics and psychology. While in law school Darren was an active member of the Domestic Violence Practice and Reform Project. Darren also served as law clerk to the Honorable Joseph H. Rodriguez of the United States District Court and Darren served as a law clerk in the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office.
