Daniel Wasserberg

I became a lawyer because I was motivated to assist victims of injustice by fighting corporate entities that value profit over the public’s health and welfare. Over 20 years later, I remain firmly focused on helping people. My litigation practice is driven by three guiding concerns: consumer protection, environmental advocacy, and most importantly: accountability of companies that harm people for the sake of their own bottom line. Nothing gives me greater satisfaction than fighting for those who can’t fight for themselves, or who have personally selected me to advocate their cause. I am licensed to practice in Texas, New York, New Jersey, and Illinois. I believe that it is very important to spend quality time with my clients so that I can get to know them and their individual needs: Every client is different and if you don’t know them, then you don’t know what you’re fighting for.
