Daniel Uhlfelder

Mr. Uhlfelder graduated from Stanford University with a B.A. in History in 1993. After graduating from Stanford, he attended the University of Florida College of Law and the Georgetown University Law Center. Mr. Uhlfelder received his J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law in 1996. While in law school, Mr. Uhlfelder served as a law clerk, summer associate and staff aide in the White House, the United States Attorney General’s Office, the United States Senate, the United States House of Representatives, and at various law firms in Florida and Washington, D.C. including Greenberg Traurig, LLP, Hopping, Green & Sams, P.A., and the Robert Augustus Harper Law Firm, P.A. After graduating from law school, Mr. Uhlfelder served as a judicial law clerk to Donald Middlebrooks, United States District Court Judge for the Southern District of Florida. After completing his judicial clerkship, Mr. Uhlfelder spent two years as a trial attorney with a top trial law firm, Colson, Hicks, Eidson in Miami. Mr. Uhlfelder moved to Northwest Florida in 2001. His practice focuses in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, real estate law, foreclosure defense, association law, construction litigation, bankruptcy, family law, personal injury, and criminal law. He was recently awarded the NAACP’s Foot Soldier in the Sand Award by the NAACP.
