Daniel Salemi

I represent companies of all sizes and stages, multiemployer plans, non-profit entities, and large governmental employers across the country in employee benefits and executive compensation matters. My experience covers retirement, health and welfare, and deferred and stock-based compensation arrangements. I advise plan sponsors and fiduciaries on the governance, management and investment of benefit plan assets under ERISA and state law. I also help clients understand, navigate, and litigate issues related to retirement benefits, health benefits (including retiree health benefits), 401(k) and pension plan investments, multiemployer pension withdrawal liability, multiemployer plan deadlock arbitrations (covering a wide variety of issues), and labor and employment law issues that sit at the intersection of labor and benefits law. My experience is broad and also includes regularly advising clients in mergers and acquisitions, collective bargaining, and financial and workforce restructuring.
