About Daniel Reiss
My legal practice has been devoted to bankruptcy law and related areas for 30 years, representing various constituencies in bankruptcy cases or distressed situations. I represent debtors, creditors committees, secured creditors, investors, buyers, private equity funds, and trustees, among others. I have been named a “Super Lawyer” several times in a region-wide peer survey. Prior to my law practice, I was a certified public accountant specializing in taxation at KPMG. Due to my business background, my approach to client representations is highly practical and results oriented.
