Daniel Nunn

A native of Charlotte, North Carolina, Daniel represents clients primarily in matters involving construction defect litigation, insurance defense litigation, insurance & coverage law, complex civil litigation, business law, and employment law. Daniel also represents educational institutions in defense of federal discrimination claims based on Titles III, VI, VII, and IX as well as ADA and ADEA claims. Daniel has successfully defended and resolved matters in each of these areas. Daniel also has appellate advocacy experience in the North Carolina Court of Appeals both as a law clerk and in private practice as an attorney as well as in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and as counsel-of-record in a matter at the Supreme Court of the United States. Recently, Daniel was selected by his peers for inclusion in the fourth edition of Best Lawyers “Ones to Watch" 2024 in Insurance Law. This is the fourth year in a row Daniel has received this accolade from Best Lawyers. Outside of the office, Daniel enjoys spending time with his family and friends. Otherwise, Daniel can be found playing tennis, cheering on his children in youth sports, and dreaming of his next vacation spot.
