About Daniel Ferguson
Employed by Borton Petrini, LLP for 32 years, my entire legal career, starting as a law clerk, becoming a Non-Capital partner in 1986, a Regional Managing Partner in 1989 and a Capital Partner in 1993. I have successfully managed Borton Petrini's San Bernardino County, California Regional Office since 1989. The office is located in Redlands, California and serves all of the courts in San Bernadino & Riverside Counties. Most of my career has been devoted to defending insurance companies and their insureds in the fields of construction, product liability, hospitality and professional liability. I also have expertise in insurance coverage and bad faith and labor and employment law. Specialties: The defense of catostrophic injury cases, including brain damage and wrongful death and claims of alleged bad faith by insurance companies are areas of special expertise, including defending insureds under EPLI polices involvding wrongful termination/discrimination and wage & hour. I am also an appellate lawyer with several published decisions.
