Daniel Evans

Daniel L. Evans was born and raised in Visalia, California. He graduated summa cum laude from La Sierra University in Riverside, California with a Bachelor of Arts in History in 2010. He received his Juris Doctor in 2013 from Chapman University School of Law. At Chapman, Mr. Evans served as the Production Editor of Chapman's Nexus Journal of Law and Policy and as a certified mediator in the Superior Court of Riverside County through Chapman Law's Mediation Clinic. While attending law school, Mr. Evans also worked as a law clerk at Kurtz, Anderson & Associates, an estate planning and business law firm in southern Orange County, as an intern at the Orange County Office of the County Counsel, and as an intern at the Superior Court of California, Orange County. After graduating law school and his admission to the bar in 2013, Mr. Evans began working as an associate attorney at Ruddell, Stanton, Bixler, Mauritson & Evans, LLP (then known as Ruddell, Cochran, Stanton, Smith & Bixler, LLP). Mr. Evans became a partner at the firm in 2018. Mr. Evans' areas of practice include business and commercial law, real estate law, estate planning, trust administration, probate, and civil litigation. Mr. Evans, his wife, and three children live in Visalia, California. Mr. Evans enjoys basketball, skiing, studying history, and being involved with his community through participation in church and community organizations.
