Oversees 368 mil/civ personnel, 15 trades delivering facility engineering services for 23.6K Airmen/families, 4 Wings/26 Squadrons and 40 Tenant units. -- SOF contingency engineering in Iraq and Afghanistan combat environments (OIF/OEF), and Haiti in humanitarian relief efforts (Operation Unified Response) -- Managed a worldwide $1.3B MILCON program for HQ Air Force Special Operations Command, Installations Directorate (A4I) -- As the Chief of MILCON at Hurlburt Field, executed 30 SOCOM/AF/NAF projects valued at $200M+ for a wide range of unique SOF weapon systems and the full spectrum of installation customers - Directly responsible for the addition of 1M+ square feet of new Real Property to Hurlburt Field - Volunteer experience includes NGO construction project management in Kitwe, Zambia, 2016 and 2023
