I have been engaged in the practice of civil litigation in Orange County since 1990. I have extensive civil trial experience in both State Superior Court and Federal District Court: with this experience involving defense of professional liability matters against physicians, surgeons and hospitals; sexual harassment; wrongful termination and racial discrimination cases; catastrophic injury cases as well as the defense of real estate litigation matters; business and commercial litigation and construction defect litigation. I am experienced in defending criminal actions involving both misdemeanors and felonies. I also have experience prosecuting personal injury matters in both State Superior Court and Federal District Court.
