We specialize in aggressively addressing our clients' goals and, whenever it is necessary, presenting their case to a jury to ensure justice. We are trial attorneys, which means that we devote our time and resources to our cases without looking for shortcuts or excuses. We spend a great deal of time learning about who our clients are, where they come from, what has been taken from them, and, most importantly, what they have been left with after an injury. With respect to our clients who are charged with criminal violations, our goals are to ethically represent and ensure that their constitutional rights are observed, respected, and protected. We are committed to zealously advocate for each and every client. Specialties: I am a trial attorney and I focus my efforts on representing individuals who have been charged with crimes and others who are injured by the wrongful actions of others. While I have experience handling a variety of different cases, I have recently concentrated my efforts on representing individuals who have been sued by third party debt collectors. These clients are often bullied into paying amounts they cannot or are not legally obligated to pay under the law.
