About Daniel Bronski
Since founding a law firm in Seattle in 2003, I have built a successful track record in both corporate and intellectual property work and litigation while serving as general counsel to many venture-back startups and high growth companies with revenues of at least eight figures. As a lawyer with a business and entrepreneurial background, I embrace process and data. My practice focuses on intellectual property protection and licensing, negotiating complex commercial transactions (with a particular emphasis on SaaS agreements), advising on privacy and security matters, drafting employment agreements, strategically advising on other employment law matters, drafting vendor, enterprise, partner and reseller agreements, drafting terms of use and privacy policies, advising on litigation strategy (and sometimes litigating) and providing other strategic legal and compliance advise for high-growth companies, often in software but also across other industries.
