Dana Brooks

Dana N. Brooks has a varied legal background with experience in complex civil litigation, medical malpractice, business litigation, construction litigation, mass torts, family law and family law mediation, criminal defense and law office administration. Ms. Brooks was made a named partner of a revered, 30-year old law firm the same day she was sworn in as an attorney. She was given that opportunity based on her law school performance as well as her over 14 years experience as a litigation paralegal, specializing in medical malpractice and business disputes. Outside the legal field, Ms. Brooks worked as a clinical social worker providing individual and group therapy in a variety of settings. She later became a Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator settling numerous marital and custody disputes. Her background in the mental health field has strengthened her desire to help at-risk persons and those most in need of an effective legal advocate.
