I scale fiduciary wealth firms by building durable systems across operations, compliance, and leadership. I currently serve as Director of Operations and Chief Compliance Officer at a $600m fiduciary wealth advisory firm, overseeing infrastructure, compliance, people operations, and execution across a growing platform serving complex clients. Previously, I led the spin-out, launch, and operations of a digital asset investment manager, and co-founded a crypto investment firm. Earlier in my career, I trained as a mechanical engineer and product developer—which still shapes how I think about systems, incentives, and execution. Across roles, my focus is the same: build reliable processes, empower people, and create leverage so teams can focus on what matters most. I’m especially interested in leadership, operations, wellness, and long-term value creation.
