I am an employment law defense attorney with over 30 years of experience. My practice focuses on prosecuting and defending complicated cases related to the protection of trade secrets, the determination of whether contracts are enforceable or unenforceable covenants not to compete and includes the area of anti-trust and employee poaching. I am on top of California's Privacy employment laws. In addition, I provide advice and counsel to employers on all aspects of employment and organized labor issues, including protection of trade secrets and confidential materials. This includes strategic advice to avoid disputes and minimize litigation through, when appropriate, mediation and other alternative dispute resolution resources. Further, I advise executives, charter schools and other non-profits on all relevant topics. I am also a frequent lecturer and author on a wide variety of employment and trade secret topics.
