Dallas Simkins

Dallas C. Simkins arrives in Central California after exclusively practicing family law in Orange County, California for over five years. He carries with him many memories and experiences that led him to practice family law. From mowing lawns during the summers in Southern Utah as a child, to working alongside his father for John Deere in high school, to working for Best Buy in college, Dallas brings his skills and knowledge to the table to compete at the highest level. Dallas graduated from Dixie State University in St. George, Utah with a degree in business administration. He and his wife then moved to California where Dallas attended law school at Western State University College of Law while also earning his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) at the same time. In law school, Dallas interned for The Honorable Clay M. Smith, Superior Court of Orange County, where he earned an appreciation for family law participants on a judicial level. Immediately following law school, Dallas worked for a highly-esteemed family law office where he learned to hone his skills as a family law practitioner. His article about adult child support was published in Orange County Lawyer Magazine in November 2013. He speaks Spanish fluently. Dallas is now a Certified Family Law Specialist by the California Board of Legal Specialization. Dallas and his wife have been married for over fifteen years and are proud parents of three children. When not working at the office, Dallas enjoys working on old cars, computers, and spending time with his family.
