About Dalisai Nisperos
As Senior Employment Counsel, Dalisai develops practical, people-centered solutions to complex workplace challenges. Experienced in litigation and advice and counsel, Dalisai regularly advises human resources partners; C-suite executives and senior leaders; managers; and other stakeholders to foster positive employee relations and equitable workplace practices. She is highly experienced in directing and responding to investigations involving employee workplace complaints, agency enforcement actions, and pre-litigation risk assessment. As a litigator, Dalisai successfully represented clients as the lead attorney in state and federal litigation, arbitration proceedings, and before state and federal enforcement agencies including the California DLSE and DFEH, and the National Labor Relations Board. A proud first-generation college graduate, and attorney, Dalisai has actively led her community on equity issues for over 25 years, with significant experience advancing this work in the government and non-profit sectors. She obtained a B.A. in Ethnic Studies from the University of California at Berkeley, and has designed and presented bias elimination trainings for California attorney bar associations, including the state's California Lawyers Association, Employment Law Section. Dalisai is also a lifetime member of the Filipino Bar Association of Northern California - an organization dedicated to advancing diversity and inclusion in the legal profession.
