About Cynthia Waterson
I have extensive experience working in the field of special needs planning and maintain offices in both Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Prior to attending law school, I worked as a behavior specialist in day programs and residential facilities for children and adults with disabilities. I worked as a service coordinator at a Los Angeles area Regional Center for 8 years and I now am a vendored attorney within the California Regional Center system. I enjoy giving presentations to regional center staff, parent organizations, and professional groups. I offer pro bono services to the Public Law Center In Orange County. Additionally, I am a former State Bar Appointee to the Board of Directors for the Legal Aid Society of Orange County. Areas of Practice: Limited Conservatorships, General Conservatorships, LPS Conservatorships, Guardianships, Special Needs Trusts, Special Education Law, Probate, and Estate Planning.
