I enjoy helping people whose lives have been impacted by serious injury. I believe our civil court jury system is the best way to effectuate the justice that they deserve and that our Constitution provides they have a right to expect. In over three decades of trying cases before juries, a number of which have resulted in eight figure verdicts, the thing that has meant the most to me is the relationships I have developed with my clients and their families. My work in industrial injury and consumer cases includes all manner off catastrophic injury, wrongful death actions, trucking, auto, bus, bicycle, boating and airline accidents, product defect, premises liability, improper highway design, toxic torts, premises liability, elder abuse, pharmaceutical and medical malpractice actions and claims against the federal and state government, as well as counties and cities. I have had the honor of helping families who have suffered the death of a loved one, infants and children the elderly, laborers, vehicle and airline mechanics, iron workers, operating engineers, boilermakers, electricians, carpenters, masons, roofers, painters, press operators, tile setters, truck drivers, doctors, nurses, judges, models, artists, skiers and teachers, I am often called upon to consult with attorneys who have cases that are going to trial, and to try cases for other attorneys who have worked up a complex case that cannot be resolved. When I 'm not trying or settling cases, I can be found with my other passion, my two horses, Jett and Bella.
