my practice is focused in a few areas. i currently help a significant number of cases defending nurse licenses as well as other medical professionals. i also represent injured auto accident victims. i serve as local counsel on consumer law-related class action suits. i also assist individual consumers who are being sued over debts, have credit score issues, or receive robocalls. i began practicing law in nevada in 34 years ago, in 1989, as an insurance defense attorney before quickly switching in 1991 to become a personal injury attorney representing the injured. from 1998 until 2004, i worked back-to-back for the two largest personal injury law firms in nevada. i re-started my own law firm again in 2004. i have been handling administrative law cases, and defending nurse licenses, for the past 13 years.
