About Craig Bessenger
My practice is focused on complex civil litigation and white collar criminal defense. My civil practice encompasses both plaintiff and defense side representations in federal and state court, and includes experience with business and contractual disputes, professional liability actions, banking and mortgage litigation, intellectual property, and trade secret matters. In my criminal defense practice, I successfully have represented individuals in matters involving alleged securities, antitrust, healthcare, and environmental violations. I also have defended individuals charged with complex fraud and money laundering schemes. I have participated in numerous internal investigations, including a statewide internal investigation on behalf of one of California’s largest insurance companies.
