He has represented clients in over 500 cases in the federal courts of East Texas, trying his first jury trial as lead counsel in Marshall in 1992. Clyde has been recognized twice as “Lawyer of the Year” by Best Lawyers in America in Dallas-Fort Worth - in Patent Litigation in 2018 and Copyright in 2020.
