Since founding Speaks Law Firm in 1997, I’ve made it my mission to stand up for injured people against powerful insurance companies. My team and I fight to help clients recover—physically, financially, and emotionally—after life-changing auto and workplace accidents. We’ve recovered millions of dollars in compensation for our clients across North and South Carolina, including multiple seven- and eight-figure settlements. As a trial attorney, I have tried cases in both state and federal court, built complex claims, and led teams that deliver real results. I’m passionate about education—both for my clients and the legal community. I’ve written The North Carolina Auto Injury Book, contributed to continuing legal education programs for the NC Bar Association, and authored a guidebook for young lawyers to help the next generation of legal professionals succeed with integrity. I’m also the host of The Verdict, a podcast that gives injured individuals clarity and guidance at a critical time—when they’re searching for what to do next after an accident.
