Clark Aspy has tried cases in numerous areas of law, including: products liabilty, transportation, employment, condemnation/eminent domain, commercial litigation, construction, and premises liability. Clark was born and raised in Tennessee, then came to Texas to attend Baylor University. Upon graduation from Baylor, he returned home to attend law school at the University of Tennessee, where he graduated and passed the bar in 1984. He moved to Austin and obtained his Texas law license in 1985, and has practiced here ever since.
