Christy Phanthavong

I represent management in all aspects of labor and employment litigation and counseling. I defend clients in litigation before federal and state courts and administrative agencies in actions involving Title VII, the ADA, the ADEA, the FMLA, the FLSA, ERISA, the Illinois Human Rights Act, and other state statutory and common law discrimination, breach of contract, wage and hour, and tort claims. I advise clients regarding employee relations matters, including discipline, termination, FMLA administration, ADA accommodation, wage and hour issues, and sexual harassment investigations. I draft employment handbooks and severance/separation agreements. I conduct FMLA and anti-harassment/discrimination training.
