* 30-plus years of business litigation, with a focus on corporate, healthcare and ERISA disputes. * 11-year Co-Chair of Calfee's Litigation department (2011-21). * Member of Calfee's Management Committee, founding (and current) member of Calfee's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee, and longtime (and continuing) Chair of the firm's Pro Bono Committee. * Longtime and current Board member of College Now of Greater Cleveland and former Board member of the Ohio State Legal Services Association and the Cleveland Law Library. * Current formal mentor to numerous Northeast Ohio college and law school students via College Now and the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity.
