Colorado became home in 2005. Law school at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, plus a clerkship for the Honorable Judge David L. Shakes in the Colorado 4th Judicial District that made me a sharper writer and researcher than school alone could. Early years at two Colorado Springs firms in family law and estate planning, before I realized my real fight was personal injury — helping people hurt through no fault of their own get what they're owed. Co-founded Springs Law Group in 2017. Still here. Still building.What I care about beyond the firm:Training other lawyers who want to start or scale their own practices. A team culture where mutual respect is real, not posted about. Working alongside my wife Gretchen, our case manager.
