About Christopher Malloy
Chris is an engineer-turned-lawyer who retired from Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP after a 30-year career as a commercial litigator in New York. As a partner in the firm’s Complex Litigation and Trials Group, he represented corporations and financial institutions and their directors and officers in high-stakes disputes involving corporate transactions, securities and regulatory matters, and real estate litigation. Malloy holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from University at Buffalo and a J.D. from St. John's University School of Law, where he served as Editor in Chief of the St. John’s Law Review. After law school, he served as a law clerk the Hon. Roger J. Miner, Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, before joining Skadden. He has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America for Commercial Litigation and Litigation – Real Estate.
