As a Partner with Mandelbaum Barrett, Mr. Leddy concentrates his practice exclusively on employment and labor law. He regularly counsels clients on issues such as employee relations, restrictive covenants, wage and hour compliance, workplace investigations, discrimination and harassment prevention, accommodations, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. He also advises on emerging areas impacting employers, including artificial intelligence in the workplace and changing regulatory frameworks. Mr. Leddy serves as outside general counsel to numerous clients, drafting and negotiating a wide range of employment-related agreements, including executive compensation arrangements, employment contracts, restrictive covenant agreements, and separation agreements. He also develops and implements employee handbooks, corporate policies, and compliance programs designed to mitigate risk and support organizational growth.
