Following a 30-year civil litigation career, I am now happily a certified mediator and arbitrator, as well as an independent hearing officer for Section 504 special education disputes. I welcome future opportunities and my experience on both sides of the fence serves me well as a neutral. Excellent record in jury and bench trials and appeals, having argued numerous cases before the Ninth Circuit.
