I have practiced complex medical negligence law, sports law, media law, catastrophic personal injury law and complex products liability law for 35 years. I am admitted to practice law in Maryland, Washington, DC, and numerous federal courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States of America. I am privileged to hold the "AV Preeminent" lawyer rating level -- which is the highest possible rating level and one that is held only by the top 10 percent of all lawyers in the United States -- from Martindale-Hubbell's national peer review lawyer rating organization.
