Christopher Clark

I represent clients in commercial litigation, government and administrative litigation, and land use and development litigation at the trial and appellate levels in both administrative, state, and federal court. I also provide advice and counsel to many corporate clients regarding litigation management, trademark compliance, trademark enforcement, contract management, data privacy, and procurement prosecution and defense. Recently, I have assisted in expanding the Firm's intellectual property practice with the addition of name, image, and likeness (NIL) services and the development of marketing and branding agreements for corporate clients. Prior to joining the Firm, I previously worked as an associate at a Florida Insurance Defense Litigation firm handling a large portfolio of insurance claims in various practice areas. Additionally,I served as an Assistant State Attorney for the State Attorney’s Office in the Second Judicial Circuit where I managed all aspects of a felony caseload from arraignment through trial. I was also responsible for handling appeals of discrete criminal procedure issues in County Court proceedings and felony post-conviction appeals in Circuit Court. I previously served in the United States Marine Corps as a Military Police Officer where I worked as a Military Police Patrol Supervisor and conducted humanitarian aid missions related to Operation Tomadachi in Japan following the Tohuko Earthquake.
