Christopher Cascino

I am one of fewer than 200 attorneys board certified in Labor & Employment law by the Florida Bar. In addition to maintaining an active employment and class action litigation practice, I advise employers in areas such as wage and hour compliance, terminations, employee discipline, reductions in force, leave and time off policies, pay issues, Title VII and Title IX discrimination, age discrimination, claims related to the Americans with Disabilities Act, and non-competition. As many of my clients have California presences and thus are subject to California's stringent Labor Code, I also spend a significant amount of my time litigating class and Private Attorneys General Act litigation in California, and advise clients about the requirements of the Labor Code and strategies that can be used to improve compliance.
