About Christina Lewis
Partner in the Employment practice at Goodwin. Top Women of the Law award recipient, named National Law Journal Employment Law Trailblazer, named a "Go To" Employment Lawyer by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, and a Massachusetts Super Lawyer in the field of labor and employment. Counsels employers regarding many of the difficult issues facing employers today, including wage and hour issues, agency audits, discrimination, non-competes, non-solicitation agreements, FMLA, and affirmative action, among other areas. Litigator with a special interest in non-compete and trade secret cases, class action wage and hour cases, and contractual disputes. Routinely litigates discrimination, harassment, unfair labor practice charges, and wrongful termination cases nationwide. Conducts seminars and training programs on a variety of employment topics and is a certified trainer in both fair employment practices and sexual harassment prevention by the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD).
