Clearly, I’ve spent too much money on education. For better and worse, I have a passion for learning and acquiring new knowledge and information, but I probably went a little over-kill. On a more serious note, I am currently an Attorney at Wells, Call, Clark, Bennett & Clawson , and love the opportunities and challenges that are a guaranteed constant in the legal arena. I enjoy the fact that every client we work with has their own unique challenges and potential rewards. I have participated in joint‐venture negotiations, acquisitions, tax equity and venture financing deals. I am an avid golfer with a 6 handicap and I enjoy reading, and learning new skills. Although I don’t have much time for golf these days with a beautiful wife and two beautiful daughters that occupy most of my free time.
