About Christian Kiely
I concentrate my practice on business litigation, representing companies and individuals in a wide range of disputes. I also represent clients in matters involving employment law, intellectual property disputes, university discipline, government investigations and white collar criminal defense, regularly appearing in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels. Before private practice, I gained invaluable knowledge of the state and federal judiciaries as a law clerk to judges of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
