Chris Whyte

First and foremost a husband and father, Chris Whyte understands the importance of family. So, after nearly a decade working for big law firms and representing local governments and businesses, Chris decided to open his own practice to provide competent legal services in the areas families need most. Chris has extensive litigation and courtroom experience in both state and federal courts, giving him a deep understanding of what it takes to meet client goals. Chris has been married for over 12 years to his wife Cherie, a public relations executive specializing in social media. They have two beautiful children, Lyla, 2, and Cash, 1. Chris was admitted to practice in California in 2006. He is also admitted to practice before the Central District of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Chris has been selected three times for Super Lawyers' Rising Stars list – in 2009, 2013, and 2014 – a designation given to only 2.5% of eligible attorneys.
