Chris Kiger

I spend my time in courtrooms trying cases. I represent businesses in the areas of products liability, personal injury defense, toxic tort, and commercial litigation. I specialize in trying catastrophic exposure cases, including the defense of automotive and other manufacturers in products liability and toxic tort cases. When not litigating cases, I am heavily involved in local bar initiatives and the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys for which I currently serve as the organization's Immediate Past President.
