Chris Cerimele

I’m the Founder and Managing Partner of Balmoral Advisors, a mid-market investment bank launched in 2014. With over 30 years of experience in investment banking, finance, and public accounting, my role combines strategic leadership with hands-on client work across a range of industries. At Balmoral, our philosophy is simple: deliver exceptional outcomes for clients, and long-term growth will follow. Over the past decade, we’ve expanded our industry focus, built a global M&A partner network, and closed approximately 50 transactions in sectors such as Building Products, Chemicals and Materials, and Industrials. My transaction experience spans over $20 billion in M&A, divestitures, fairness opinions, capital raising, and financial restructuring. Notable deals include the sales of Materia to ExxonMobil, Jarchem to Vertellus, ROC Group to Arthur J. Gallagher, and Nidec Minster’s Foundry to CA Lawton. Before founding Balmoral, I held leadership positions at Houlihan Lokey, Lincoln International, and Grace Matthews, and began my career at KPMG and Credit Suisse. Educational credentials include a BS in Accounting from USC and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. I’m also actively involved in nonprofit leadership and currently serve on the boards of Midwest Young Artists Conservatory and Regina Dominican High School.
