I am an accomplished trial lawyer with more than 20 years of experience in complex business litigation, privacy and data security, internal corporate investigations, and white collar criminal defense. I have been lead trial counsel in more than a dozen federal trials and have argued before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals many times. I served as an Assistant United States Attorney and Deputy Chief of the Public Corruption Section in the Central District of California, where I was widely recognized as one of the top trial lawyers in the Central District.
