About Cherryl Lim
Cherryl focuses her practice on employment law litigation, including representing plaintiffs in wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour. She also provides advice and counsel to employers. Before joining Appleton Law Group, Cherryl clerked at the Employee Rights' Center in San Diego, where she represented low and middle income employees in employment matters. While at the Center, she handled unemployment insurance appeals, wage and hour claims, and unfair labor practices cases. Cherryl also gained extensive experience with trial litigation while a clerk at the Torrance City Attorney's Office.
